Please read the terms and conditions carefully before ordering. As long as you order any of our products, you agree all terms and conditions. Please make sure that the details of the goods you ordered are correct. In addition, please make sure that the prescription you provide is within the validity period/not a reference only prescription /and clearly indicates the prescription.

  1. For customers who purchase on this website, they should provide the following information in order to be regarded as a valid prescription:

    1. Customer information, including full name, date of birth

    2. The date and expiry date of the prescription

    3. Customer’s prescription (means the degree of myopia / hyperopia / astigmatism / presbyopia)

    4. Distance between pupils

    5. Back vertex distance (if applicable)

    6. Written assessment shows that the customer does not have any eye diseases or systemic medical conditions that will affect vision, and

    7. Statement of recommendations for customers to undergo eye check when their glasses cause uncomfort

  2. Wrong information of prescription or address

    If you find wrong information in the prescription after payment, please send your invoice details and the correct prescription to:info.hk@owndays.com

    OWNDAYS will reply to confirm the prescription. Entering an incomplete or incorrect address may result in loss or delayed shipment.

  3. Coupon

    Coupons are not applicable to online shopping.

  4. Product Quality

    Our team will ensure that the quality is in the best condition before shipment. If you receive any damaged goods, please send an email to info.hk@owndays.com for further investigation.

  5. Prescription expiry date

    "Validity period" refers to the prescription that can be used within a specified time. The expiration date should be listed on the prescription. If not, the common validity is one year from the date of issue.

  6. Shipping Policy

    The delivery will take about 5-10 working days after payment.
    If any delay, OWNDAYS will notify the customers via email or phone.

  7. Post-purchase Service

    If any fitting or adjustment is needed, customers can visit any OWNDAYS stores. Adjustments include:

    1. Exchange of nose pad

    2. Adjust the screw

    3. Adjust glasses or sunglasses to suit the customer’s face; and;

    4. Recheck your vision

  8. Amendments to terms and conditions

    OWNDAYS reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. All changes to the terms and conditions will be published online.Use of this website will constitute acceptance of your agreement to the terms and conditions outlined and your consent to such changes.
